On September 26th, AEV saw the launch of their newly redesigned website, AEV.com. Receiving a complete overhaul to the site’s look and feel, as well as a refined company message, the website now offers a fresh resource for customers and dealers to find its lineup of Type I, Type II, Type III and Medium-Duty ambulances.
AEV, short for American Emergency Vehicles, has always been known for its homelike approach to ambulance manufacturing. This is in large part to its welcoming sales team, helpful customer service reps, dedicated building and engineering teams, and its focus on quality relationships at every level of the purchasing process.
With approximately nine months of development, including a full tour of the ISO-certified AEV facility from parts to paint, AEV.com launched an even easier way for visitors to find the ambulance types they need, as well as engineering highlights, technical data, and an efficient search tool to locate nearby AEV ambulance dealers.
One of the first things you’ll see when you visit AEV.com are the words “One-of-a-kind ambulances start with what matters.” These words are displayed over a picturesque scene you’d typically find on a postcard or as a backdrop to a Norman Rockwell painting. It’s this branding and messaging coming together that reflects AEV’s mission to deliver a unique experience when visiting their facility tucked away among the Blue Ridge Mountains in Jefferson, North Carolina.

“AEV Feels Like Home.” More than a simple statement that sums up the atmosphere at the AEV facility, this recognition is exemplified in the employees that make up the AEV team. Nearly half of AEV’s 500 employees have been with the company for more than 10-years. That’s decades of pride, expertise, and family that walk the AEV halls, manufacturing the life-saving units that crews and patients have come to trust during times of emergency.
When you visit AEV.com, look for the high-quality units, the efficient manufacturing processes, and most of all, the men and women that make it all possible.
