The REV Recreation Group unveiled yet another custom motor coach to one of Team Penske drivers — this time to Ryan Blaney. REV presented Blaney with his very own American Coach on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, in Charlotte, N.C.
The coach handover follows exactly two months after three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves received his own keys to a custom coach in Decatur, Ind. REV is sharing the racing spotlight with Team Penske this 2016 racing season with the latest coach unveiling following REV’s race car sponsorship at Phoenix’s IndyCar Series race and Dover’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race. (REV will sponsor Team Penske’s No. 22 Ford Mustang at the Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen International on Aug. 6.)
Blaney will travel to future race-day events in an American Eagle Heritage Edition. The 22-year-old driver selected the American Eagle Heritage Edition 45A floorplan, featuring a custom paint design in metallic silver with touches of red and black — REV’s signature colors. Blaney’s name, logo and website are also displayed on the exterior.
The 45A floorplan features dual sofas, a galley with countertop extension, a half bath, plus a full rear bathroom off the master suite. The master bedroom boasts a Serenity Max Series memory foam mattress (the same mattress that Castroneves raved about because of its adjustable pitch and massage features). Blaney selected the Espresso Onyx interior décor with Inspiration Thermofoil™ cabinetry.
Blaney is considered one of the most promising young stars in the Sprint Cup Series as he battles for Rookie of the Year honors this season.
