REV Group was proud to participate in the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County’s “2017 Community Campaign,” in which REV employees donated an impressive $43,178 of their own money to assist the local community. REV Group CEO & President, Tim Sullivan, then matched that total, all-in-all making REV’s contributions a whopping $86,356.

During the 2017 campaign, donations poured in from many groups determined to help out the community they serve, with the result landing a grand total of $60,355,186. Part of the United Way’s “five big wins of 2017,” the money raised here will go a long way to helping every person in the local community.

The REV Group corporate office is located in Milwaukee, WI, which makes the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County a natural community partner. Plus, it’s also part of REV Sustainability’s focus on social outreach, particularly those impacted by our product and processes, making employee involvement and charitable actions part of the fabric of what we do. And, while REV is able to give back in various ways, we know the United Way is able to spread donations to many places in need of specific help, whether that’s homelessness, women’s empowerment, disaster aid, or health, education, and financial stability issues.

“Each year, thousands of community members show up to fight for what really matters: a home for every family, nutritious food for every student, access to healthcare for every expectant mother, and a family-sustaining job for everyone who needs it. Please don’t ever doubt the impact you have made, are making, and will make.” — the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County thanking all those who helped in 2017 in their December newsletter

In addition to the community campaign, the United Way’s five big wins of 2017 include:
